Trusible Private Limited (UEN: 202557340G) is a company incorporated in Singapore. Trusible operates a digital platform that facilitates access to third-party services for the buying, selling, and safekeeping of digital assets — including Bitcoin and tokenized gold.

Trusible provides the technology platform only. Custody and settlement are performed by licensed third-party service providers, not by Trusible.

2. What Trusible Does Not Do

• Not a custodian — We do not hold, control, or custody client assets directly
• Not an exchange — We do not operate a cryptocurrency exchange or trading venue
• Not an adviser — We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or financial recommendations
• Not a bank — We do not accept deposits or act as a money service business
• No returns guaranteed — We do not promise, guarantee, or project any returns or yields

3. Risk Warning

Digital assets are highly volatile. The value of your holdings may go down as well as up. You should only allocate capital you can afford to lose. Key risks include:

• Price volatility and market risk — prices can change substantially and rapidly
• Liquidity risk — assets may be difficult to sell under certain conditions
• Regulatory risk — laws governing digital assets continue to evolve
• Technology risk — blockchain networks and platform systems may experience failures
• Counterparty risk — third-party custodians and service providers carry their own risks

5. Regulatory Status

Trusible Private Limited is not currently licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") as a capital markets services provider or payment service provider. The platform facilitates access to services provided by separately licensed and regulated third-party providers.

The platform may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful where you are located.

6. Liability and Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Trusible does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusible's liability is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.
